This workshop is centred around the healing and reflective practice of creative writing (including journaling and poetry) and the powerful effect it can have on our wellbeing. Creative writing in all forms, can help reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and create space for emotional processing and self-reflection.

Each session will include guided journaling prompts, readings of poetry and other creative written pieces, with some gentle breath and movement woven in as supportive additions to the experience.

Sharing is always optional, but space will be held for those who feel called to do so.

Please bring a journal and a favourite writing utensil! Pens and pencils will also be available, and journals can be purchased for $10 each.
